Contract Details

Once you have decided to purchase, you will be given a contract to review and sign. Both the contract and the Terms and Conditions page must to be signed and returned to us in order for you to be placed into the schedule. Please understand that we cannot put your order into the schedule until your complete contract is received.

After your contract has been reviewed, our installation manager will contact you to confirm the specifics of your contract and to assign a tentative start date. This date will typically be 5 to 10 working days from the time of contract acceptance, but can vary at different times of the year. If you have specific scheduling needs, please inform the installation manager so that we can completely satisfy your needs.

Unless otherwise arranged, a 50% down payment is due when construction is scheduled. The balance of the contract will be due at the completion of the project.

Payment can be made by cash, check, credit card, PayPal, and Zelle.



There is not a simple formula to figure out the price of a new roof or fence. Pricing will depend upon your individual needs. The materials used in your old roof or fence and the materials you choose for your new project will all play a part in determining the price.  At Roper Construction, we will provide you with a free inspection so that we can give you an accurate estimate. When you work with our contractors, you can be sure that you will be receiving quality work from an experienced team. We will also not attempt to upsell you on products or services that you don’t need.  We will strive to work within your budget. In fact, we will even help you with the claim process if damage on your roof or fence could qualify for insurance compensation.
